I want to modiefie the brakes by replace it with another power car brakes
and replace the rear drums with diskes ??

you need a professional engineer. It could be. But It can be appropriate. It needs perfect welding work. And compatible part. For example Ford scorpio ABS system can be applicationed.

and replace the disks with another power car brake diskes

and replace the rear drums with car diskes
